Cody LaValley, the owner of North Country Carpentry & Design ltd., brings over a decade of experience in the trades to the company. Starting from the grassroots level with a "boots on the ground" approach, Cody has seamlessly transitioned into management roles, finding purpose and fulfillment in leading teams throughout his career.
With a strong foundation as a journeyman carpenter, Cody is driven by the creative aspects of construction. His passion lies in merging these skills to deliver distinctive, high-quality products while fostering an inclusive, forward-thinking culture both within the company and the community.
